Another year has gone by. It felt like yesterday that I was putting Once as
the best film of 2007. Now, once again, the best of the year is not
what I expected. This was another fantastic year for movies. And while
I do have more films to see, I feel as though the top ten is unlikely
to change (but I will certainly let you know). I still have to see Doubt, The Reader, Che, Wendy and Lucy, Rachel Getting Married, and a few others. My final top twenty will
arrive ASAP. For now, here are the top films of 2008...
