Born in Traverse City, Michigan on September 14, 1988, Casey LaMarca
is an avid film critic who writes for his own published site here at www.caseylamarca.com. At the age of 13, he and his father began
attending a movie at least once a week as a hobby. For them, it grew
into an obsession. Now more than seven years later,
www.caseylamarca.com has been launched onto the web with more than
20,000 hits and a consistent blend of creative writing and movie facts. Casey, along side critic Frank Ochieng, is a featured critic on MovieEye.com and an active member of the Internet Film Critic Society. Casey and Frank are also frequent guests on WBZ's "The Jordan Rich Show's Movie Panel Night." Their next appearance will be on April 25th, 2009. He spent a year at Suffolk University as a Communications Major with a Minor in Film Studies, a year at the University of New Hampshire as a History Major with a Theater/Film Minor, and has now settled back into Boston over at Emerson College, where he is studying film writing and film production. He will never stop reviewing and making films as he makes his way into the entertainment industry.
